Josie's "Zander's Hoodie"
-
Earlier this summer I was able to test a pattern for my good friend Kymy
over at EYMM. I've had this super cute sweatshirt fleece in my stash for a
while ...
We went to a Christmas sing-along at our friend's house last night and one of our other friends came dressed up as Santa. Since it was Peter's first experience with Santa we thought it would be fun to get a picture of him with Santa. We thought wrong. :) He was okay for 2 seconds until he turned and looked at who was holding him and then he started to cry. It was really funny. There were a few other babies there that did the exact same thing so it wasn't just Peter.
Andrew made the comment, "For being such a jolly old fellow a lot of kids cry around him." How true that is. I think it's because most of his face is covered with hair so babies don't recognize him as a person.
Peter gets a bath just about every night, not because he's dirty but because it's part of his bedtime routine and I really believe that it helps him calm down and get into sleep mode.
His latest thing with baths is: I will leave the room to start his bath and he will hear the water running and come find me. It's really cute to see him make his way down the hall in pursuit of the awesome running water. :)
Hey that's my duck!
I'm gonna get you!
Happiness is a rubber duckie in a bubble bath.
Peter really likes his socks.
Some battles aren't worth fighting.
Peter discovers how to stop the bath from ending.
Before this video Peter had closed the drain once or twice total, but he apparently decided that it was worth his effort to do it more than that. Now he tries to close the drain after every bath.
Peter also likes to take baths with his cousins. They are so funny together.
This was Peter's first bath with cousins. There's a lot more water in there than he's used to so Andrew had to help him out a bit.
